(ON Only) Adding or Removing the Secondary Prescriber

Adding a Secondary Prescriber

You can now add additional prescribers to your patient’s Medication Review. This permits you to easily fax and/or print the Healthcare Provider Notification Form, and allows you to keep accurate account of the patient’s main prescribers.

  1. Select the Prescriber tab.
  2. Select the Add button. The ‘Change Prescriber’ window appears.
  3. Enter the search criteria for the prescriber you are looking for and select the SEARCH button.
  4. Highlight the prescriber you wish to add from the Results section and select the SELECT button.

Removing a Secondary Prescriber

  1. Select the Prescriber tab.
  2. Select the Remove button located next to the prescriber you wish to remove.
