(ON Only) Adding or Removing the Secondary Prescriber
Adding a Secondary Prescriber
You can now add additional prescribers to your patient’s Medication Review. This permits you to easily fax and/or print the Healthcare Provider Notification Form, and allows you to keep accurate account of the patient’s main prescribers.
- Select the Prescriber tab.
- Select the Add button. The ‘Change Prescriber’ window appears.
- Enter the search criteria for the prescriber you are looking for and select the SEARCH button.
- Highlight the prescriber you wish to add from the Results section and select the SELECT button.
Removing a Secondary Prescriber
- Select the Prescriber tab.
- Select the Remove button located next to the prescriber you wish to remove.
